How do I order a Custom Loved One or Pet?

Pick the size of your loved one you want to order, pop it in your cart, and check out. Then, skip over to the Contact tab and spill all the fun details about your loved one or pet—colors, outfits, you name it! Once I get your order and contact form, I’ll ask for photos so I can bring them to life in the cutest plushie form ever.

Can I wash my plushie?

Yep! All safety eyes are locked in with glue and a sturdy backing—no runaway eyes here! Just pop your plushie in a wash bag, give it a gentle cycle spa day, skip the dryer, and let it air dry for maximum snuggle longevity. If you’re not comfy tossing them in the machine, just spot clean and give them a spritz of Febreeze or Lysol for a quick refresh.

Can my plushie have embroidered eyes?

Absolutely! Just hit ‘No’ on the Safety Eye dropdown—easy peasy!

Can you make something that’s not on your website?
